Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an Environmental Data Manager to support global consulting delivery by managing, validating, analyzing, and reporting environmental data. You will work within the Data Analytics & Visualization (DAV) service line, partnering with project managers, scientists, laboratories, and regional teams to deliver data solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Data Management, Analytics.
• 4–6 years of experience in environmental data management or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with EQuIS and environmental laboratory data workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and database concepts.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized data management workflows, reporting templates, and QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with project teams, laboratories, and stakeholders to support environmental data management requirements.
• Support data loading, validation, reporting, dashboard development, and data quality activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support knowledge sharing and data governance.
