Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of related environmental data management experience.
Experience with EQuIS or similar data management platforms and QA/QC workflows.
Ability to lead national discipline initiatives, establish standards, and train staff.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 20–40% as needed for projects and coordination.

Responsibilities

Provide national leadership for environmental data management across programs, including strategy, standards, and training.
Develop and maintain data governance frameworks, SOPs, templates, and guidance documents.
Lead EQuIS platform strategy, data loading, validation workflows, and reporting integration.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to connect validated data to dashboards and analytics tools.
Support project startup with data management requirements in scopes, budgets, and delivery.
