Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive advanced analytics across environmental services. You will work with digital teams, SMEs, and practice areas to identify needs, evaluate technologies, and shape analytics tools for client projects.

Lead a growing team of practitioners, manage IP/R&D investments, collaborate with sales and Trinnex, and help expand market presence through conferences and partnerships while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, chemical engineering, science or related discipline.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Collaborate with sales teams and with Trinnex on technical sales and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams.
• Work across multiple technical practice areas to leverage analytics research and the firm’s development activities.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives related to environmental data analytics.
• Engage discipline leaders, SMEs, and analytics groups to gather ideas for innovation and investments.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver environmental solutions to clients.
