Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics capabilities across multiple practice areas. You will work with digital teams, SMEs, and the environmental analytics group to identify and develop analytics tools and opportunities.

You will help manage IP and R&D investments, grow a team of analytics practitioners, and collaborate with sales and marketing to expand services for clients globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience; domestic/international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must have extensive understanding of environmental analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Digital teams in evaluating data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data across applications (water quality, investigations, actions, operations).
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international teams to expand environmental analytics capabilities.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments in analytics tools and technologies.
• Grow and manage environmental data analytics practitioners providing services to clients.
• Identify conferences and groups to enhance technical visibility and promote capabilities.
