Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to guide our analytics practice across environmental projects. You will collaborate with Digital teams, SMEs, and clients to advance data-driven solutions and identify opportunities for innovation and IP development.

You will build and lead a team of practitioners, oversee R&D investments, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary groups to deliver advanced environmental analytics for water, remediation, and operations projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the environmental data analytics discipline across multiple technical practice areas.
• Collaborate with Digital teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design, and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Grow a team of environmental data analytics practitioners and manage IP/R&D investments.
