Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance our analytics capabilities across practice areas. You will work with digital teams, SMEs, and client groups to shape analytics solutions and drive innovation investments.

You will build and guide a team of practitioners, manage IP/R&D, and coordinate with engineers, scientists, and designers to deliver data-driven environmental services. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated leadership in environmental data analytics and analytics deployment.
• Experience with IP management and R&D investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to analyze environmental data across applications.
• Lead evaluations of data analytics technologies and platforms used in environmental work.
• Support marketing and business development for environmental data analytics services.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners.
• Manage IP and prioritize potential R&D investments for the firm.
