Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will work with Digital teams and SMEs to deliver analytics solutions and support marketing and BD initiatives, across domestic and international projects.

You will help develop IP, evaluate new analytics ideas, and build a team of practitioners to serve a variety of client projects while staying ahead of competitors in data management and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 12 years related experience; travel may be required.
• PE license or registration as a Licensed Professional Geologist/Professional Scientist; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong data analytics knowledge; experience in environmental analytics.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage IP/R&D investments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental data analytics technologies and platforms across applications.
• Collaborate with sales and digital teams on technical delivery of analytics solutions.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to expand analytic capabilities.
• Support marketing and business development for environmental analytics.
• Develop processes for evaluating ideas and investment in analytics tools.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners.
