Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to guide analytics across environmental services. You will work with digital teams and SMEs to gather ideas, assess needs and prioritize R&D investments, shaping the firm's analytics capabilities.

You will grow a team of practitioners and coordinate with engineers, scientists and technicians to deliver innovative environmental analytics solutions for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of related experience; domestic/international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and strong understanding of environmental analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data analyses across water quality, remedial investigations and operations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and digital teams to design and deliver analytics solutions for environmental needs.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, designers and technicians to provide environmental services.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and investments in analytics tools and technologies.
