Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive data analytics across environmental services. You will collaborate with digital teams, SMEs, and discipline leaders to gather needs and translate them into innovative analytics tools and technologies for client projects.

You will manage IP and R&D investments, grow the analytics practice, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver solutions that keep CDM Smith at the forefront of environmental analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate available data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data.
• Collaborate with sales teams and CDM Smith’s digital subsidiary on technical sales, design and delivery.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
• Develop processes to evaluate ideas and initiatives for potential innovation investments.
