Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to advance analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will collaborate with digital teams, SMEs, and practice groups to drive data‑driven solutions and support IP and R&D investments.

You will lead a growing team of environmental data analytics practitioners, develop processes for evaluating ideas, and work with sales and marketing to promote capabilities across domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• PE license or professional licensure preferred (GEOL/SCIENTIST).
• Experience in environmental data analytics and IP/R&D understanding is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead across multiple technical practice areas to advance environmental data analytics.
• Collaborate with Digital teams, SMEs, and practice leaders to identify analytics needs and solutions.
• Support IP management and R&D investments related to environmental data analytics.
• Grow and mentor environmental data analytics practitioners.
• Engage with marketing/sales to promote capabilities to clients.
