Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader who will drive analytics capabilities across multiple practice areas. You will work with digital teams and support marketing and business development for environmental analytics initiatives.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, scientists, and digital experts to leverage analytics tools, grow the analytics practice, and shape investment in innovative data solutions for environmental clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12 years of related experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate available data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data across applications (water quality, investigations, remediation, O&M).
• Collaborate with sales teams and Trinnex on technical sales, design and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Engage with discipline leaders, SMEs, and analytics group to identify ideas for innovation and tools development.
• Grow and lead environmental data analytics practitioners within the firm.
• Support market engagement by identifying conferences and groups to promote capabilities.
• Track opportunities and client relationships for environmental data analytics services.
