Job summary

This role will own execution across environmental permitting, compliance, remediation, and workplace safety matters, working with midstream and downstream teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an EHS regulatory lawyer, strong academic credentials, and a reputation for integrity.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as an EHS regulatory lawyer at a top-tier firm, public company, or regulatory agency.
• Strong ethics, integrity, and a stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and operations teams on EHS regulatory matters.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws.
• Interpret and implement permit requirements and regulations.
