Job summary

HF Sinclair seeks a Manager, Environmental Air & ESG to lead and coordinate air and ESG compliance efforts across Dallas, TX, or Salt Lake City, UT. The role oversees a small corporate team and focuses on public reporting, governance, and training for the environmental program.

The position requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and strong leadership and communication skills to interact with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Leads and directs the work of others, including supervisors and contributors.
• Advanced knowledge of environmental permitting, compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations regarding air and ESG compliance.
• Manage corporate ESG compliance program including governance and reporting.
• Oversee internal corporate environmental training program.
• Submit accurate public ESG reports in a timely manner.
• Communicate with regulators, politicians and media as required.
• Serve as SME and technical advisor on air & ESG compliance.
• May manage outside consultants and contractors.
