Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Manager, Environmental Air & ESG to lead the air and ESG program in Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City, UT. You will oversee a corporate team handling public reporting, governance, and compliance with evolving environmental laws and regulations.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with regulators and external consultants are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental permitting, regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor laws and regulations on air and ESG compliance.
• Manage corporate ESG program, tools, governance and reporting.
• Oversee internal environmental training program and public ESG reporting.
• Coordinate with regulators and other stakeholders as needed.
• Serve as SME and advisor on air & ESG compliance.
