Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC seeks an Environmental Construction Manager to oversee eco-friendly infrastructure and remediation projects from bid to closeout. You will ensure all construction activities comply with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

The role requires extensive seasonal travel to manage remote field sites, coordinating with agencies, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/PM, engineering, environmental sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of combined experience in construction supervision and environmental remediation.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; PMP or USACE CQM-C highly preferred.
• Must travel extensively to remote construction and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor on-site construction operations, ensuring compliance with EPA guidelines, local regulations, and project metrics.
• Implement Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs), overseeing erosion control, waste remediation, and habitat restoration.
• Coordinate with environmental agencies, ecologists, civil engineers, and subcontractors to mitigate issues and risks.
• Track milestones, manage resources, and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Promote safety culture and participate in audits, ensuring all field staff follow OSHA and site protocols.

• Budget & Schedule: Track project milestones, manage resource allocation, and prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Safety Leadership: Promote corporate safety culture and participate in safety and environmental audits, ensuring all field staff adhere to OSHA and site‑specific safety protocols.
