Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Environmental Coordinator for the Beaumont Refinery in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on environmental and regulatory analyses, maintaining compliance systems, and ensuring reporting requirements are met across agency programs.

The position requires a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Environmental) and at least 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas Upstream and Unconventional Assets, with strong knowledge of emissions calculations and federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Environmental preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in oil and gas regulatory support or similar.
  • Knowledge of emissions calculations and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Federal and Texas environmental regulations (CAA, CWA, RCRA).
  • Experience with SAP or PowerBI and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide environmental compliance support for Beaumont Refinery operations and regulate analysis.
  • Review changes for regulatory compliance using best practices.
  • Complete internal and external reporting obligations.
  • Support regulatory analysis, interpretations, and guidance.
  • Manage agency enforcement actions as needed with SSHE/Law resources.
  • Coordinate internal Corporate Environmental Reporting.
