Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Environmental preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel; SAP/PowerBI skills beneficial
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting oil and gas upstream and unconventional assets
• Knowledge of emissions calculations and methodology
• Knowledge of federal and Texas environmental regulations (CAA, CWA, RCRA) and EPA programs
• Experience with environmental reporting and compliance systems

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental compliance support to Beaumont Refinery operations
• Review changes to ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices
• Complete internal and external reporting obligations
• Support compliance assurance programs (e.g., Air Emissions Inventory, Title V, NSPS, GHG, TRI, SPCC, Spill Reporting)
• Manage agency enforcement actions as necessary using SSHE and law resources
• Coordinate internal corporate environmental reporting
