Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Environmental Coordinator to support regulatory analyses, maintain compliance systems, and ensure reporting requirements are met. The role involves staying current with regulations and aiding Advocacy staff in interpreting rules.

The position is located at the supported site and may vary by experience. The incumbent will lead environmental and regulatory programs, manage data, and collaborate with operations to drive compliant, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering with chemical or environmental focus preferred.
• Experience with emissions calculations and regulatory methods.
• Minimum 3 years in environmental roles.
• Familiarity with Federal & State environmental regs (Clean Air/Water, RCRA).
• Experience with EPA and Wyoming DEQ programs (AQD, NSPS, GHG, TRI).

Responsibilities

• Advise on environmental and regulatory requirements and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Execute day-to-day environmental practices, data management and reporting (OIMS).
• Support permitting, environmental planning, and impact assessment processes.
• Build networks to support compliance assurance systems.
• Identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with environment, climate and regulatory standards.
