Aramark Corporation seeks an Environmental Sustainability & Safety Manager for Big Bend National Park’s Chisos Mountains Lodge, directing programs to meet federal, state and NPS requirements and drive operational excellence.

You will own EMS/ISO 14001, OSHA compliance, waste management and emergency preparedness, and partner with leadership to reduce risk and improve performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services.
• Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers.

Responsabilités

• Lead environmental compliance, sustainability programs and safety culture across Big Bend National Park operations.
• Own EMS/ISO 14001, OSHA compliance, waste programs and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate regulatory requirements and contract deliverables with leadership to drive risk reduction and operational excellence.
• Plan, direct and support training, audits, inspections, and data reporting across departments.
