Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
• 2+ years in environmental compliance, waste management, or risk investigations.
• Experience interpreting environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, state rules).
• Experience analyzing data to identify compliance gaps and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Own regulated waste compliance projects across sites.
• Apply audits and site inspections to monitor thresholds and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with site teams to understand waste requirements and build consensus.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and improve conformance.
• Prepare clear documentation, status reports, metrics, and communications.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
