Airswift seeks an Environmental / Regulatory Technician II to support environmental compliance and regulatory activities on a major project site in Carlsbad, NM. You will bridge project teams, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure permits and company policies are followed.

The role focuses on monitoring permits, coordinating with contractors, conducting site inspections, and preparing regulatory documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ENV science, NR, engineering, social sciences).
• Experience in environmental/regulatory compliance on projects.
• Strong coordination and contractor management skills.
• Experience with permits, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental and regulatory compliance programs.
• Monitor permits, licenses, approvals, and compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors on standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance.
• Assist with environmental, waste, spill response plans.
• Investigate and report compliance issues and corrective actions.
• Prepare performance reports and regulatory documentation.
• Support training and communication between field and project teams.
• Ensure contractor compliance with obligations.
