Job summary

Oneida ESC Group seeks an Environmental Compliance Scientist (Air) to support federal environmental projects in the Southwest region (NV, AZ, NM). The role emphasizes air permitting, AEIs, PTE, and NESHAP compliance, with ongoing client communication and field verification.

You will prepare reports, support annual Title V packages, and help ensure regulatory adherence while collaborating with a Compliance Team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or related field with 5+ years of federal environmental compliance experience.
• 2+ years of working knowledge of Clean Air Act and Title V compliance requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining air emission inventories (AEIs) and potential to emit (PTE) for all air emission sources at installations.
• Prepare and submit reports to satisfy NESHAP requirements and Title V compliance packages.
• Perform site visits and audits to verify emission inventory locations and attributes.
