Job summary

Airswift seeks an Environmental / Regulatory Advisor III to oversee environmental/regulatory compliance for a refinery/chemical complex project in Kemmerer, WY. The role supports NEPA, permitting, and regulatory reporting, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities include site inspections, development of EMCAPS sustainability documentation, and liaison with EPC contractors to ensure environmental performance throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• University degree in Natural or Environmental Sciences or related field.
• Experience in environmental regulatory roles, permitting and compliance reporting.
• Experience reviewing environmental management plans and spill response plans.
• Experience conducting site inspections during construction and reclamation.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors on environmental management and permitting.
• Perform field-based environmental inspections and compliance monitoring.
• Develop environmental performance reporting and NEPA-related deliverables.
• Review and coordinate environmental management plans and waste/spill plans.
