Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental management information system implementation.
• Hands-on implementation experience with EHS platforms such as Enablon, Cority, or Intelex.
• 5+ years of post-internship software implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of compliance digital tools, from requirements gathering and system design through configuration, integration, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that meet AWS environmental and compliance objectives.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to navigate ambiguity, define clear processes, and secure alignment in a fast-moving environment.
• Serve as system admin and champion innovative solutions across established and emerging technical architectures.
• Drive structured change management, training, and onboarding to ensure teams adopt new tools effectively.
• Develop deep understanding of the business logic and architecture behind supported systems to resolve customer problems quickly.
