Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking an Environmental Program Manager to lead environmental compliance across multiple sites. You will report to the HSE Manager and guide programs to meet air, water, and waste regulatory requirements.

You will develop corrective actions, support site leadership, mentor teams, and participate in environmental projects. Strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to train staff are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years in environmental capacity within manufacturing.
• Experience with air, water regulatory compliance and waste management, including permitting.
• Ability to perform emission calculations required in environmental compliance.
• Effective communication and training skills to convey complex regulations to site employees at different levels.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and ensure site compliance with air, water and solid/hazardous waste requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, influence others, and interact with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage environmental programs for sites within an established region or business group.
• Provide technical support to site and business leaders to facilitate compliance decisions and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement environmental policies, standards, and operating guidelines; act as regulatory expert for facilities.
• Coordinate resources to implement environmental requirements, including managing consultants.
• Participate in incident investigations as a technical advisor and maintain regulatory training records.
