Zusammenfassung

CapstoneONE Search is seeking an Environmental Specialist to support EHS programs in a high-growth manufacturing environment. You will focus on permitting, reporting, wastewater, storm water, air quality, and sustainability initiatives.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and leadership to strengthen compliance, reduce risk, and promote a proactive safety culture. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of environmental experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience supporting health and safety programs in addition to environmental compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead environmental compliance activities related to air emissions, wastewater, storm water, and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain records, permits, and compliance documentation per federal, state, local requirements.
• Prepare regulatory reports and filings including air inventories, TRI, and Tier II reporting.
• Evaluate changes to ensure environmental requirements are maintained or improved.
• Lead permit reviews and interface with regulatory agencies.
• Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee waste streams, pretreatment, and spill prevention/response programs.
• Drive environmental improvement projects tied to sustainability and risk reduction.
• Support broader health and safety programs aligned with site EHS goals.
• Track and report environmental KPIs to leadership.
