Westlake Management Services is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist for the Calvert City facility to develop and coordinate environmental policies, procedures, and systems for compliance and continuous improvement. This role requires close collaboration with site manufacturing units and active participation in the Calvert City HSE team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Sciences and 10 years in environmental/operations roles with regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 10 years of progressive environmental, operations, maintenance, or engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations for petrochemical plants and manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership within Calvert City HSE Team and coordinate site environmental programs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
• Interact with governmental officials, subject matter experts, and legal counsels as required.
• Integrate environmental concepts into daily work activities and maintain records.
• Coordinate CERCLA/remediation project activities and ensure documentation accuracy.
