The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 3–5+ years in environmental compliance, with experience in air, water, and solid waste programs and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of environmental compliance experience.
• Experience with air, water, solid waste permitting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Teams with Senior SEMASS Environmental Compliance Specialist to ensure testing, permitting, and programs meet federal/state/local requirements.
• Ensures testing documentation, records, and submittals are complete, accurate, and timely.
• Analyzes testing data to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manages environmental testing for satellite facilities and coordinates with subcontractors as needed.
• Conducts periodic environmental walkdowns and prepares inspection summaries for ops teams.
• Monitors changes in regulations and updates test plans and compliance strategies.
• Attends regulatory conferences and webinars to stay current on regulatory changes.
