Job summary

ERM is seeking a Consulting Associate, Environmental Compliance in Houston to support regulatory programs and environmental management systems within our Safe & Sustainable Operations team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across audits, compliance assurance, and performance improvement.

You’ll collaborate with industry-leading experts serving Oil & Gas, Chemical, Technology, and Power clients locally and nationally, with opportunities to grow through ERM’s global consulting network and knowledge

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline is required or equivalent experience.
Recent graduate to 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability and willingness to travel.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong commitment to health and safety, including adherence to established safety protocols.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and analytical abilities.

Help design and implement management systems that drive long-term operational excellence.
