Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Environmental Coordinator to support regulatory analyses, maintain compliance systems, and ensure reporting requirements are met at a Wyoming site. The role collaborates with Advocacy staff to influence rulemaking and interpretations and will adapt based on candidate experience.

Responsibilities include advising on environmental requirements, managing data and reporting, supporting permitting and impact assessments, and promoting continuous improvement across ECR

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Environmental preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of emissions calculations and methodology.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant environmental experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Federal & State environmental regulations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and RCRA.
• EPA and Wyoming DEQ programs related to Air Quality (e.g. Title V, NSPS, GHG, TRI).

Responsibilities

• Advise on environmental and regulatory requirements and collaborate to implement cost-effective solutions.
• Execute day-to-day Environment, Climate and Regulatory practices, data management and reporting including OIMS; provide training and support to operations.
• Support environmental business planning, permitting, and environmental impact assessment processes.
• Build and engage the network to effectively support compliance assurance systems.
• Identify non-conformances with core practices and support corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with Environment, Climate and Regulatory standards.
