bp is seeking an Environmental Administrative Assistant to provide operational support for the Environmental team. You will help with planning, documentation, invoicing, and expense reconciliation across multiple systems.
You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage calendars, and assist in travel arrangements for the Head of HSSE, contributing to a compliant and efficient environment. This hybrid role offers growth and learning opportunities.

The Environmental Administrative Assistant provides operational support to the Environmental team, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, processing of documentation, financial transactions, and compliance tracking across multiple systems.
