Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Associate Chemist for environment testing focused on HRMS preparation. The role involves preparing and analyzing environmental samples using approved methods, with attention to QA procedures and safety protocols.

This is a 2nd shift position (2pm-10:30pm) with training on a weekday schedule. Responsibilities include routine lab tasks, data recording, instrument maintenance, and efficient workload management while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, an Associate Degree, or 2 years of related lab experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English, reading and writing in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard methods.
• Perform routine lab tasks and record data; report unusual results to supervisor.
• Maintain instruments and ensure compliance with QA procedures.
• Stock laboratory supplies and assist in other areas as needed.
