JMJ Phillip Group is seeking an experienced EHS & Training Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance at a manufacturing facility in Texas City, Texas. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will drive a strong safety culture and regulatory excellence across plant operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 10+ years in EHS with at least 5 years in management, and strong knowledge of regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of industrial EHS and regulatory experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• At least 5 years in EHS management with strong knowledge of regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide EHS performance and regulatory compliance across plant operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs and foster a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
