ServiceMaster Restore seeks an entry-level Restoration Technician/Field Service Technician to learn and lead field crews on water and fire mitigation projects for commercial properties. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and developing leadership skills while mentoring junior technicians.

Technician/Laborer Key Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites including water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed. Tasks include water extraction, content pack-out, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, debris removal, cleanup, detail cleaning, light construction and demolition.
• Adhere to safety standards for materials removal.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Accurately document work, including using mobile software and job tracking systems as well as physical forms.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment with care.
• Maintain organized job sites and a professional company image.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
