ServiceMaster Restore is seeking an entry‑level Restoration Technician to support field service on water, fire, and storm damage projects for commercial properties.

You’ll learn on the job, get safety and quality training, and have opportunities for advancement within a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Flexible FT/PT options and certifications are provided as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical stamina.
• Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites including water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation; tasks include water extraction, content pack-out, removing non-salvageable materials.
• Adhere to safety standards for materials removal.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Accurately document work using mobile software and job tracking systems.

Technician/Laborer Key Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites including water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed. Tasks include water extraction, content pack-out, removing/disposing of non‑salvageable materials, debris removal, cleanup, detail cleaning, light construction and demolition.
• Adhere to safety standards for materials removal.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Accurately document work, including using mobile software and job tracking systems as well as physical forms.

• Operate restoration tools and equipment with care.
• Maintain organized job sites and a professional company image.
• Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
