ServiceMaster Restore is hiring a Restoration Technician to perform mitigation and restoration for residential and commercial properties. The role suits a hands-on professional who thrives under pressure, values craftsmanship, and provides clear customer care during loss situations.

You will handle water extraction, drying, debris removal, and equipment setup, while following OSHA standards and company procedures. On-call rotations and overtime potential are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, general labor, or skilled trades preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied environments.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and fire/smoke mitigation.
• Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers).
• Perform controlled demolition and removal of damaged materials.
• Clean, sanitize, and restore structural materials and contents.
• Take moisture readings using meters and thermal imaging tools.
• Document job progress with photos and mobile job management software.
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and team members.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency response services.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and emergency calls
