Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to join a diverse team supporting the TTWCS. You will develop requirements, update interfaces, and create system architectures using MBSE methods and tools such as Cameo. Travel weekly to NSWC Dahlgren may be required.

US citizenship and an ACTIVE Secret Clearance are required. The role emphasizes quick learning, clear communication, and teamwork within IPTs and government personnel.

Qualifications

• MBSE methods and tools knowledge.
• Experience developing system designs and requirements.
• Ability to contribute to IPTs and working groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system, requirements, and design specs during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels (SSS, SSDD, SRS, HRS).
• Develop CCPs to engineer new system capabilities and document design details.
• Review and develop system architectures using modeling tools.
• Provide human factors engineering and interface design support.
