$75-85k Year 1 OTE (Up to $55,000 per year + uncapped commission)

What you’ll do?

You will become a 360 full desk consultant where you’ll be responsible for:

• Sales & Business Development – Win new clients and manage relationships with industry-leading brands.
• Headhunting – Find and engage top-tier executives who don’t even know they’re looking (yet).
• Networking – Connect with senior professionals via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
• Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of trends, hiring needs, and business shifts in the eTail industry.
• Marketing & Brand Building – Send targeted campaigns and grow your presence in the market.
