Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins at kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Assist with breaks and cover staffing shortages in lobby and draw room.
• Perform phlebotomy duties following established practices.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and confidentiality of patient information.
• Support area supervisor and maintain records and documentation.
