Job summary

NEOTech in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a meticulous assembler to assemble mechanical housings and electromechanical products, using hand and power tools, while standing. The role emphasizes adherence to drawings, quality checks, and integration of electronic assemblies.

You will read blueprints, prepare components, spray conformal coat as needed, and support 6S and safety programs, with training available on IPC standards. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position on a production line.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and follow tolerances to assemble equipment.
• Identify components and hardware per drawings and BOMs.
• Perform conformal coating spraying with gun or brush.
• Train to IPC-A-610 and use IPC-DVD-64C familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical housings and electromechanical products with hand/power tools.
• Read instructions, diagrams and perform quality checks.
• Integrate electronic assemblies and cables into housings.
• Maintain workstation inventory and follow 6S principles.
• Identify defects and document issues; rework as needed.
