• 2–3 years electronics assembly and/or inspection experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule to meet production and customer needs.
• Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 25lbs for an extended period of time.
• Knowledge of ESD procedures.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and inspect electronics per documented work instructions
• Interpreting job routers, written instructions, and schematic drawings for assembly of electronics
• Performing a variety of inspections with a focus on ensuring assemblies meet/exceed IPC standards
• Performing pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts
• Using hand and/or power tools, and assembly palettes
• Apply material according to specifications and under simulated conditions
• Other duties as assigned
