Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Maintenance technician for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. This role focuses on safe, reliable operation of lifts, emphasizing proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership within the Lift Maintenance department.

Ideal candidates want to learn and grow in the ski industry and commit to seasonal employment on our mountain. The position offers starting pay between $22.99/hr and $27.05/hr, full-time hours available, and housing options.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical or electrical experience.
• Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Job Specifications

Job Requirements

• Prior mechanical or electrical experience
• Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license
• Ability to work efficiently at heights
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.
• Intermediate ski/snowboard ability preferred

The expected pay range is $22.99/hr - $27.05/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
