Vail Resorts is seeking a Lift Experience Team Lead in Crested Butte for a Winter Seasonal role. You will oversee lift operations, lead the Lift Experience Team, and ensure courteous, efficient guest service while guiding staff through opening and closing procedures.
Starting wage ranges from $22.00/hr to $29.22/hr, with 8–10 hour shifts, full-time hours, and weekends/holidays as needed. Housing is available and employee perks include ski passes and discounts.

The Lift Experience Team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end‑to‑end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading. As a Lift Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for the safe operation of resort lifts, oversee employees in the Lift Experience Team, while being courteous and efficient guest service champions with a proven ability to lead.
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
