Leppo Rents is seeking an entry-level Yard Specialist in Tallmadge, OH. This role focuses on loading and unloading equipment, keeping gear clean and “Rent Ready,” and maintaining a safe, organized yard for customers.

Work days are Monday–Friday with evenings and weekends free. You’ll join a collaborative team and have opportunities to grow into technician or rental roles within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling.
• Safety‑first mindset with integrity and reliability.
• Mechanical curiosity about equipment and how it works.
• Team player who helps wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload equipment and attachments for customers and others.
• Move equipment around the yard and between departments.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment so it’s ready for the next customer.
• Perform basic yard maintenance and safety checks to keep the area organized.
• Assist with minor equipment prep such as greasing and topping off fluids.
• Greet and assist customers in the yard when needed.
• Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations.
