This entry-level role focuses on loading/unloading equipment, keeping gear “Rent Ready,” and maintaining a safe, organized yard. You’ll gain hands-on experience with our machines and support the rental, service, and parts teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Enjoy outdoor work in all weather.
• Physically able to lift, bend, push, and pull.

• Team player who helps where needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload equipment and attachments for customers and others.
• Move equipment around the yard and to different departments as needed.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment so it’s ready for the next customer.
• Perform basic yard maintenance (organization, safety checks, keeping it clean).
• Help with minor equipment prep such as greasing and topping off fluids.
• Greet and assist customers in the yard when needed.
• Support the rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations.
