Job summary

Leppo Rents is seeking a Yard Specialist to join our outdoor operations. This entry-level role focuses on loading and unloading equipment, keeping gear clean and Rent Ready, and maintaining a safe, organized yard. You will work with the rental, service, and parts teams and gain hands-on experience in equipment rentals.

We offer paid training and room to grow into technician or rental roles, with a team-driven culture and opportunities to advance through ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather.
• Physically able to lift, bend, twist, push and pull.
• Safety-first mindset with integrity and reliability.
• Mechanically curious about how equipment works.
• Team player who can jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload equipment and attachments for customers and others.
• Move equipment around the yard and to different departments as needed.
• Pressure wash and clean equipment so it’s ready for the next customer.
• Perform basic yard maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist with minor equipment prep such as greasing and topping off fluids.
• Greet and assist customers in the yard.
• Support rental, service, and parts teams with yard operations.
