Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant internship/experience in customer service or insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn claims management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claims processes, and systems.
• Review, investigate, and document Workers' Compensation claims under supervision.
• Develop action plans for claim resolution and assess coverage and compensability.
• Gather information from policyholders, witnesses, and providers; communicate status to all parties.
• Maintain accurate records in claim management systems and support compliance.
