Responsibilities

• Provide basic Windows help desk support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software problems.
• Guide users through resolutions via phone, email, or in person.
• Perform basic installations and updates of Windows OS and applications.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Assist with password resets, printer setups, and network troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Eagerness to learn with mentorship.
