Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products based in North America. The Lamination Operator will fabricate and produce window components on an assembly line, performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment with safety as a priority.

The role involves lifting, using hand and power tools, and standing for long shifts. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k), with opportunities for cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 20 lb frequently and up to 50 lb on occasion.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components.
• Must be able to stand or walk on concrete for up to a ten-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components on an assembly line.
• Perform repetitive tasks under supervision and assemble window material components.
• Use insertion, clamping, splicing and fitting parts with hand/power tools.
• Adhere to safety procedures to prevent injuries.
