Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Lexington, NC is seeking an Extrusion Operator to fabricate components for window assemblies. This entry-level role involves repetitive, physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including heavy lifting and standing for long shifts.

You will load materials, foam-fill and reload racks, operate foam gun tips, and follow safety procedures to prevent injuries. Full-time benefits start on day one, with medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs frequently or occasionally as described in the job details.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble components.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple functions and departments.
• Ability to stand or walk on a concrete floor for extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components as part of an entry-level production team.
• Load material to a table, foam fill, then reload racks for back fill with foam.
• Operate a foam gun tip to mix resin and ISO for foam reaction.
• Observe safety procedures to prevent injuries to self and coworkers.
